Our 15-year partnership with Finca La Soledad has given us the opportunity to taste countless exceptional coffees. We continue to source from the Perez family because of their commitment to quality and enthusiasm for experimenting with new varietals. This lot is another great example of these attributes – an attempt to emulate the Kenyan coffee processing method resulting in a uniform lot of bourbon. Expect a heavy-bodied cup of baked peach, graham and caramel.
